Commercial Card Program definition

Commercial Card Program means the program established in accordance with these Commercial Card Program Service Materials, pursuant to which Royal Bank will issue Cards to Employees of the Customer and provide the Customer and Cardholders access to RBC NextLogic.
Commercial Card Program means the Card Products and Ancillary Services offered by U.S. Bank or a Participating Bank.
Commercial Card Program means the program being established between the Corporate and RBL Bank herein for issuance by RBL Bank of Commercial Cards to the Corporate and/ or employees and officers of the Corporate;

Examples of Commercial Card Program in a sentence

  • At the time the Commercial Card Program is established, Royal Bank will set the Card Facility Credit Limit, disclosed in the box on the last page of these Commercial Card Program Service Materials.

  • At the time Royal Bank and the Customer establish the Commercial Card Program, the Customer will have to choose between two (2) billing option types for each Customer Account that is opened: corporate billing (“Corporate Billing”) or individual billing (“Individual Billing”).

  • Royal Bank may, at any time, sell, transfer or assign any or all of Royal Bank’s rights under these Commercial Card Program Service Materials.

  • For greater certainty, termination of the Commercial Card Program and these Commercial Card Program Service Materials will result in termination of all related Services, including all Cards and RBC NextLogic Services.

  • These fees are set out in the “Other Fees” sub-section of these Commercial Card Program Service Materials.

  • The Customer may impose restrictions on all aspects of the use of a Card, including usage restriction to selected merchants based on Merchant Category Code Groups and adjustments to a Cardholder Account Credit Limit, so long as such restrictions comply with these Commercial Card Program Service Materials and Applicable Law.

  • At the time the Commercial Card Program is established or shortly after, the Customer will be required to make various decisions and selections with respect to the administration, management and maintenance of the Commercial Card Program.


More Definitions of Commercial Card Program

Commercial Card Program means the non-revolving charge card program established by Bank pursuant to this Agreement under which Commercial Cards are issued for use at JCPenney for commercial purposes, and pursuant to which the Commercial Cardholder is required to pay the balance in full upon a specified number of days after billing. The term “Commercial Card Program” includes the extension of credit by Bank to Commercial Cardholders, xxxxxxxx, collections, accounting between the parties and all aspects of the customized charge card plan contemplated herein. For avoidance of doubt, Authorized Entities shall not accept Commercial Cards without Bank’s prior written consent.
Commercial Card Program shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.01(p).
Commercial Card Program means the Card Products and Ancillary Services offered by U.S. Bank or a participating bank.

  • PEBB program means the program within the HCA that administers insurance and other benefits for eligible employees (as described in WAC 182-12-114), eligible retired employees (as described in WAC 182-12-171 and 182-12-180), eligible survivors (as described in WAC 182-12-180, 182-12-250, and 182-12-265), eligible dependents (as de- scribed in WAC 182-12-250 and 182-12-260) and others as defined in RCW 41.05.011.
