  • Any Dispute relating to the determination of an adjusted Commercial Management Services Fee (a “Commercial Management Services Fee Dispute”) shall be referred to mediation.

  • The initial Commercial Management Services Fee will remain in effect until December 31, 2010, and thereafter will be adjusted every three years beginning January 1, 2011.
