Commercial Motor Cycle Parking Space definition

Commercial Motor Cycle Parking Space means a parking space as required under Special Condition No. (53)(d)(i)(III) of the Conditions and intended for the parking of motor cycle belonging to the occupiers of the Commercial Accommodation and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees;

Commercial Motor Cycle Parking Space means the one space situated on the Basement Level 1 of the Estate and shown and marked "CM1" on Plan No.DMC-02 annexed to this Deed provided or to be provided in accordance with the car park layout plan(s) approved by and deposited with the Director of Lands in accordance with Special Condition No.(29) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor cycles belonging to the Occupiers of the Commercial Development in the Estate and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees.
