Commercialization Team or “CT” shall have the meaning recited in Section 10.4.

Commercialization Team means a committee to be formed as provided ---------------------- in Section 3.3, two (2) members of which shall be the Commercialization Contacts. The number of members of the Commercialization Team may be increased from time to time by Steering Committee Action. While the parties need not be equally represented in number of members on the Commercialization Team, the Commercialization Team will be co-led by the two (2) Commercialization Contacts.

  • Each Party shall notify the other Party of any complaint received by it in sufficient detail and in accordance with the timeframes and procedures for reporting established by the Joint Project Team and the Joint Commercialization Team, and in any event in sufficient time to allow the Party that holds the applicable regulatory filing to comply with any and all regulatory requirements imposed upon it in any country.

  • The U.S. Commercialization Team shall be responsible for determining the uses of any Internet domain names that include or are similar to the PRODUCT TRADEMARK (and if GENTA already owns such domain names as of the Effective Date, GENTA shall pay the registration/renewal costs associated with any such Internet domain names).

  • Joint Commercialization Team Camurus and Braeburn shall establish a Joint Commercialization Team (“JCT”) to plan, implement and coordinate the promotion, marketing and sale of the Products.

Related to Commercialization Team

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Works means the external development works and internal development works on immovable property;

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • JMC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01.

  • Medical Affairs Activities means, with respect to any country or other jurisdiction in the Territory, the coordination of medical information requests and field based medical scientific liaisons with respect to Licensed Compounds or Licensed Products, including activities of medical scientific liaisons and the provision of medical information services with respect to a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product.

  • JPC means Joint Planning Committee.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.
