Common Roof Area definition

Common Roof Area means only the specified portion / area of the ultimate roof of the Building, as may be decided and demarcated by the Promoter at any time prior to handing over possession of the said Apartment Unit, along with the Lift Machine Room and the water tank thereon, which only shall form part of the Common Areas;

Common Roof Area means only the specified and demarcated portion of the ultimate roof of the Building delineated in RED borders in the Roof Plan annexed hereto along with the Lift Machine Room and the water tank thereon, which only shall form part of the Common Portions.

Common Roof Area means the ultimate roofs of the Buildings, as may be decided and demarcated by the Owner/Developer at any time prior to handing over possession of the said apartment/unit.

Examples of Common Roof Area in a sentence

• For the aforesaid purpose the Promoter is entitled to shift any part of the Common Areas (including common areas and installations, lift machine rooms and water tanks and the Common Roof Area) to the ultimate roofs and also to make available the Common Areas and all utility connections and facilities to the additional/further constructions.

• The entire ultimate roof area other than the Common Roof Area shall form part of the Private Roof Area.

• For the aforesaid purpose the Promoter is entitled to shift any part of the Common Areas (including common areas and installations, lift machine rooms and water tanks and the Common Roof Area) to the ultimate roof and also to make available the Common Areas and all utility connections and facilities to the additional/further constructions.

• The Common Roof Area includes the areas of the lift Machine Room and water tank and shall be used for any common installations and facilities as may be necessary from time to time as also for fire refuge area on the roof, if required.

• For the aforesaid purpose the Vendors are entitled to shift any part of the Common Areas (including common areas and installations, lift machine rooms and water tanks and the Common Roof Area) to the ultimate roof and also to make available the Common Areas and all utility connections and facilities to the additional/further constructions.

More Definitions of Common Roof Area

Common Roof Area means ;

Common Roof Area means the entire area of the roof over the ultimate top floor of the Building along with the Lift Machine Room and the water tank thereon, which shall form part of the Common Areas;

Common Roof Area means the roof on the Floor along with the Lift Machine Room and the water tank thereon, which only shall form part of the Common Portions. No other portion be treated as common roof.
