Common Stock Exchange Amount definition

Common Stock Exchange Amount means an amount equal to the quotient obtained by dividing (x) the Aggregate Residual Amount, by (y) the Fully Diluted Company Share Amount.
Common Stock Exchange Amount means the quotient obtained by dividing (i) the product of the Stockholder Parent Share Number and the Common Ratio by (ii) the number of shares of Company Common Stock outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time, expressed as a decimal carried out to five places.
