Common Stream Facilities definition

Common Stream Facilities means those Facilities that are used by Carrier to Receive/Deliver and/or transport Common Stream Tenders from/to connected facilities whether truck loading/unloading facilities, connected production facilities or Common Stream pipelines.
Common Stream Facilities means those Facilities at Guernsey, Wyoming that are used by Platte to receive and/or transport Common Stream Tenders from connected facilities whether truck unloading facilities, connected production facilities or Common Stream pipelines for Delivery to Carrier’s Facilities at which Carrier has established gravity banks as specified in Item 2.22. A Common Stream Delivery Point may also be a Batched Delivery Point. The Common Stream Facilities, which are utilized to transport Common Stream Tender(s), located at Guernsey, Wyoming will be considered Common Stream Facilities when, and to the extent, they are used to transport Common Stream volumes.

  • The Petroleum or Crude Oil if transported on Platte’s Upstream Common Stream Facilities shall not contain sand, dust, dirt, gums, impurities or other objectionable substances which may be injurious to the Carrier or may interfere with the transportation of Petroleum or Crude Oil hereunder.

  • After giving reasonable notice to Carrier’s subscriber lists, Carrier may, from time to time, cease to transport certain grades of Petroleum as a Common Stream between particular Receipt Points and Delivery Points on its Common Stream Facilities.

  • Petroleum tendered to Carrier’s Common Stream Facilities would cause the Carrier to exceed the allowable Reid vapor pressure limits established in Carrier’s environmental permits governing those facilities (such determination varies by facility and will be confirmed by Carrier upon request).

Related to Common Stream Facilities

  • Common Facilities means the facilities under D.G.sets/D.G.rooms, water storage tanks its pumping and supply system, sewerage & drainage systems, electric sub-station/ transformers/electric panels/distribution network, maintenance service rooms, lawns including lighting & services etc., roads, pathways & driveways including street lighting & services etc., guard posts, fire hydrants & fire fighting system etc. and all such facilities and areas for common use and excluded from the computation of Super Area of the Said Premises;

  • Attachment Facilities means the facilities necessary to physically connect a Customer Facility to the Transmission System or interconnected distribution facilities.

  • Public facilities means amenities that are—

  • New Facilities means facilities for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".

  • Generating Facilities means Interconnection Customer’s device for the production and/or storage for later injection of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities. Generation Interconnection Customer:

  • Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.

  • Related facilities means any ancillary facilities owned by the Company which are —

  • Exit Facilities means, collectively, the Exit ABL Facility and the Exit Term Loan Facility.

  • Micro wireless facility means a small cell facility that is not larger in dimension than 24 inches in length, 15 inches in width, and 12 inches in height and that has an exterior antenna, if any, not longer than 11 inches.

  • Authorized Facilities means the public facilities authorized to be financed, in whole or in part, by the CFD.

  • Common Facility Means a place where tenants utilise the same equipment such as kitchen, laundry meeting room and or car park.

  • Transmission Facilities shall have the meaning set forth in the Operating Agreement. Transmission Injection Rights:

  • Project Facilities means any facilities to be constructed, provided, rehabilitated, operated and/or maintained under the Project;

  • associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;

  • Merchant Transmission Facilities means A.C. or D.C. transmission facilities that are interconnected with or added to the Transmission System pursuant to Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and that are so identified in Tariff, Attachment T, provided, however, that Merchant Transmission Facilities shall not include (i) any Customer Interconnection Facilities, (ii) any physical facilities of the Transmission System that were in existence on or before March 20, 2003 ; (iii) any expansions or enhancements of the Transmission System that are not identified as Merchant Transmission Facilities in the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan and Tariff, Attachment T, or (iv) any transmission facilities that are included in the rate base of a public utility and on which a regulated return is earned. Merchant Transmission Provider:

  • Manufacturing Facilities means facilities engaged in the mechanical or chemical transformation of materials or substances into new products and shall include:

  • Stormwater management facility means a control measure that controls stormwater runoff and changes the characteristics of that runoff including, but not limited to, the quantity and quality, the period of release or the velocity of flow.

  • Recreational Facilities means spas, saunas, steam baths, swimming pools, exercise, entertainment, athletic, playground or other similar equipment and associated accessories.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Railroad facilities means right of way and related

  • Generation Interconnection Facilities Study means a Facilities Study related to a Generation Interconnection Request.

  • Facilities means the Plant and Equipment to be supplied and installed, as well as all the Installation Services to be carried out by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Generating Facility means the Generating Unit(s) comprising Seller’s power plant, as more particularly described in Section 1.02 and Exhibit B, including all other materials, equipment, systems, structures, features and improvements necessary to produce electric energy and thermal energy, excluding the Site, land rights and interests in land.

  • Electrical Interconnection Facilities means the equipment and facilities required to safely and reliably interconnect a Facility to the transmission system of the Transmitting Utility, including the collection system between each Bloom System, transformers and all switching, metering, communications, control and safety equipment, including the facilities described in any applicable Interconnection Agreement.

  • Existing Facilities means all existing buildings and other facilities, the sites for the buildings or facilities, and furnishings or equipment for the buildings or facilities located on real property acquired by the building authority under the terms of this act.
