Communal Development Plan definition

Communal Development Plan means the development plan to be prepared by Communes and approved by the Provincial Decision Committee (as hereinafter defined) pursuant to the Project Implementation Arrêté;
Communal Development Plan. (Plan de développement communal) means a multi-annual plan prepared by a Targeted Commune in accordance with the Recipient’s law no. 2002-012 of June 11, 2002.
Communal Development Plan or “CDP” means the five-year development plan to be prepared by Eligible Communes and approved by their Municipal Councils and the Divisional Officers pursuant to the Project Implementation Arrêté.
