Communications Licenses definition

Communications Licenses means all authorizations, licenses, permits, franchises and similar forms of authority granted or assigned by any Governmental Authority (including the FCC) with respect to the use of radiofrequency spectrum or rights of way, or the offering or provision of video, communications, telecommunications or information services.
Communications Licenses means all licenses issued or granted by the FCC, the State Commissions or the Video Franchisors held by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries in each applicable jurisdiction with respect to the Transferred Business as presently conducted, as set forth on Seller Schedule 4.18.
Communications Licenses means all licenses, authorizations and certificates of public convenience and necessity issued or granted by the FCC or the State Commissions held by the Company or its Subsidiaries in each applicable jurisdiction with respect to the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as presently conducted, as set forth on Section 3.11 of the Company Disclosure Letter.

  • Each of the Company and its Subsidiaries is in compliance with the RemainCo Communications Licenses and the rules and regulations of the Governmental Entities issuing such RemainCo Communications Licenses, except for failures to comply that are, individually and in the aggregate, not material to the Retained Business, taken as a whole.

More Definitions of Communications Licenses

Communications Licenses means, collectively, all FCC Licenses and all Foreign Licenses.
Communications Licenses means all licenses, waivers, consents, permits or other authorizations issued or granted by the FCC or any other state or local public utilities commission to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in connection with ownership and operation of the services provided by the Company and its Subsidiaries.
