Communications Licenses definition

Communications Licenses means all authorizations, licenses, permits, franchises and similar forms of authority granted or assigned by any Governmental Authority (including the FCC) with respect to the use of radiofrequency spectrum or rights of way, or the offering or provision of video, communications, telecommunications or information services.

Communications Licenses means all licenses issued or granted by the FCC, the State Commissions or the Video Franchisors held by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries in each applicable jurisdiction with respect to the Transferred Business as presently conducted, as set forth on Seller Schedule 4.18.

Communications Licenses means all licenses, authorizations and certificates of public convenience and necessity issued or granted by the FCC or the State Commissions held by the Company or its Subsidiaries in each applicable jurisdiction with respect to the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries as presently conducted, as set forth on Section 3.11 of the Company Disclosure Letter.

Examples of Communications Licenses in a sentence

• Seller Schedule 4.18 contains a complete and correct list of Seller’s Communications Licenses.

• All the Communications Licenses were duly obtained and are valid and in full force and effect, unimpaired by any condition, except those conditions that may be contained within the terms of such Communications Licenses or those conditions applicable to the particular class of Communications Licenses generally.

Communications Licenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(h)(ii).

Communications Licenses means all authorizations, orders, licenses, permits, franchises, or registrations issued by the FCC, a state public utility commission, or a local franchising authority to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to the Communications Laws, including, without limitation, the FCC Licenses.

Communications Licenses means all permits, approvals, identification numbers, licenses, certificates, franchises, qualifications, waivers, registrations and other authorizations and similar rights related to the ownership of telecommunication assets or provision of telecommunication services issued, granted or obtained by or from the FCC and any State PUC.
