Community Solar Subscription definition

Community Solar Subscription. Mix” means, with respect to a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project, the percent of its Actual Nameplate Capacity that is Subscribed by Small Subscribers (through a “subscription” as defined in Section 1-10 of the IPA Act).
Community Solar Subscription or "subscription" means an agreement to participate in a community solar project, by which the subscriber receives a bill credit for a portion of the community solar capacity and/or energy produced by a community solar facility. A subscription may be measured as capacity in kW and/or energy in kWh, ownership of a panel or panels in a community solar facility, ownership of a share of a community solar project, or a fixed and/or variable monthly payment to the project operator.

  • Such Community Solar Quarterly Report shall be submitted concurrent with its invoice, indicating the percent of Actual Nameplate Capacity that has been subscribed and the Community Solar Subscription Mix.

  • If the Designated System regains a Community Solar Subscription Mix and Subscription percentage at or above their contracted amount in subsequent years, a drawdown under this Section 4.2(d) will not occur in those years; however, overperformance in a Delivery Year will not be banked or applied to past Delivery Years.

  • The Buyer, solely as a result of its purchase of the Business from MD Industries pursuant hereto and the assumption of the Assumed Liabilities, will not become restricted in carrying on any business anywhere in the world due to any restrictions described in Schedule 3.1.13.
