  • Third Party Technology means all Intellectual Property and products owned by third parties and licensed pursuant to Third Party Licenses.

  • Research means a systematic investigation, including research development, testing, and evaluation, designed to develop or contribute to generalizable knowledge.

  • Patent Family means all patents and patent applications that share a common priority application, excluding continuations in part, but including any divisionals, continuations, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, foreign counterparts or equivalents.
