Workforce Training. Business Associate warrants that all employees who use, access or disclose PHI and/or ePHI shall be properly trained to comply with Privacy Rule, Security Rule, HITECH, or other such applicable law.
Workforce Training. During implementation of Project activities, the Corps, or archeologists meeting the professional qualifications as described in Stipulation III, will provide training to all construction personnel, before they begin work, regarding proper procedures and conduct in the event that archeological materials are encountered during construction.
Workforce Training. Business Associate shall provide workforce training on an annual basis to ensure employees understand the Privacy and Security Rules as established by HIPAA and their obligations to confirm to this BAA.

SDREP will work closely with SDG&E’s Workforce Education and Training Program at the Energy Innovation Center, and to the extent possible, with local community colleges, economic development corporations, and community organizations to develop hands-on home performance training opportunities for unemployed and underemployed workers and Non-EUC contractors to expand regional workforce training opportunities and to link to municipal affordable housing programs.

During implementation of Project activities, an archeologist retained by WSAFCA meeting the professional qualifications as described in Stipulation VII (Qualifications), will provide training to all construction personnel, before they begin work, regarding proper procedures and conduct in the event that archeological materials are encountered during construction.
Workforce Training. (a) For all training, each employee shall provide to PSVCAC details of their attendance at training and PSVCAC shall maintain a record of this attendance.
(b) Upon termination, an employee may request written details of the training undertaken during their employment with PSVCAC.
(c) Where practicable, training shall be provided to employees during their normal rostered hours of work.
(d) Where this is not practicable or possible employees will attend training outside their normal rostered working hours when required to do so by PSVCAC.
(e) PSVCAC will provide employees with two (2) weeks’ notice of the requirement to attend training outside of their normal rostered working hours.
(f) PSVCAC shall attempt to schedule training so as to minimise the number of employees required to attend outside their ordinary hours of work. Where this is not possible, and an employee is required to attend training outside their ordinary hours of work, they shall be paid for the actual time spent in attendance at the ordinary rate of pay.
(g) PSVCAC requiring an employee to attend training away from their usual workplace shall pay to the employee a total of 7.6 hours ordinary pay for the day (or the rostered shift if this is greater than 7.6 hours).
(h) Where an employee has not been provided with a vehicle by PSVCAC for the purpose of attending training, and the employee agrees to use their own vehicle, the employee shall be paid the per kilometre allowance set out in Item 6 of Table 2 of Schedule D –Allowances to this Agreement.
(i) Training provided outside the normal rostered hours of work shall be arranged so as to allow full-time employees to have at least eight or ten hours off-duty before or after training and the end or beginning of their shift, whichever is applicable as set out in subclause 16.2 -

The goal of this task is to develop a training protocol and implement training so that personnel responsible for operations and maintenance of the equipment can perform necessary functions. • Work with technology vendors to understand equipment care and maintenance. • Work with the local community college to identify how they may support training efforts and explore partnership opportunities. • Develop a training protocol to educate relevant staff and contractors. • Identify job roles that need to be trained. • Implement training to all necessary personnel. • Develop and submit a Workforce Training Report identifying: • The skills taught • The job roles that participated • Lessons learned • Workforce Training Report The goal of this task is to commercially operate the ZEVs, integrated DER system, collect data on utilization, and report the benefits resulting from this project by performing measurement and verification (M&V) of charger utilization, onsite renewable energy generations, and greenhouse gas (GHG) reductions. • Prepare and provide a detailed M&V Plan that includes: • A description of the monitoring equipment and instrumentation which will be used for vehicles and equipment. • A description of the key input parameters and output metrics which will be measured, including: o Time step of data (e.g. one minute, ten minute, hourly); charge session duration and location; energy delivered to vehicle (kWh) and power level (kW); cost of electricity during charging session ($/kWh); PEV battery degradation over time; and energy delivered to facility circuits, the grid, or other end loads (kWh) and power level (kW). • A description of the M&V protocol and analysis methods to be employed. • A description of the equipment to be used for data collection • A description of the independent, third-party M&V services to be employed, if applicable. • Operate the integrated DER system for at least 12 months and collect data, consistent with the M&V Plan. • Prepare and provide an M&V Findings Report for that includes M&V protocol, measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results. • Provide all key assumptions used to estimate and determine energy and GHG reductions (and additions, if applicable). • Provide all key assumptions used to estimate projected benefits, including targeted market sector (e.g., population and geographic location), projected market penetration, baseline and projected energy use and cost, operating conditions, and emission reduction calcul...
Workforce Training. Provider shall ensure that all staff receive training as required in the Contract such as, but not limited to, Cultural Responsiveness, Implicit Bias, CLAS Standards, Trauma Informed Care, and uses of data to advance health equity to name a few. Provider and provider staff may access some of the trainings through the IHN CCO Training Program. For all other training, Provider shall have mechanisms in place that enable reporting to IHN CCO, at IHN CCO’s reasonable request, details of training activities, annual training plans, training subjects, content outlines, objectives, target audiences, delivery system, evaluations, training hours, training attendance, and trainer qualifications. At a minimum, Provider shall provide IHN CCO with an Annual Training and Education Report so that IHN CCO may compile such information into IHN CCO’s report to the OHA.
Workforce Training. All CORHIO Workforce Members will be trained on the Breach Investigation and Notification to Participant Organization procedures. Workforce Members will also be provided training regarding how to identify potential breaches as a component of XXXXXX’s ongoing risk assessment program.
