Company Deferred Compensation Plans definition

Company Deferred Compensation Plans means the Company’s Amended and Restated Deferred Compensation Plan for Directors (the “Directors Deferred Compensation Plan”) and the Company’s Deferred Bonus Plan.
Company Deferred Compensation Plans means the Company's Executive Deferred Compensation Plan, effective as of November 26, 1984 and amended and restated effective as of October 21, 1986, and the Company's Key Employee Deferred Compensation Plan, effective as of August 20, 198_, and amended and restated effective as of October 21, 1986.
