Company Deferred Stock Unit definition

Company Deferred Stock Unit means any stock unit award credited to the account of any participant in any Company Deferred Compensation Plan that is payable in Shares or whose value is determined with reference to the value of Shares.
Company Deferred Stock Unit means any deferred share of Company Common Stock (whether or not vested) under any Company Benefit Plan that is outstanding as of immediately prior to the Effective Time and is credited in the form of units representing the fair market value of shares of Company Common Stock and is ultimately paid in shares of Company Common Stock.
Company Deferred Stock Unit means an award of “deferred stock unitswith respect to shares of Company Common Stock granted under the Company 2021 LTIP, the Company 2014 LTIP, the Company 2011 LTIP or the Company Non-Employee Director Stock Compensation Plan.
