Stock Compensation Plan definition

Stock Compensation Plan means either or both, as the context requires, of the Fxxxxx Mae Stock Compensation Plan of 1993 and the Fxxxxx Mxx Stock Compensation Plan of 2003, in each case as from time to time amended and in effect, or any successor plan.
Stock Compensation Plan means the Stock Compensation Plan as described in Section 7.2 of the Plan, pursuant to which additional incentives may be provided to Directors and Officers of Fremont Mutual and the Holding Company to facilitate their purchase of stock in the Holding Company.

More Definitions of Stock Compensation Plan

Stock Compensation Plan means any executive stock incentive plan that may be established by HoldCo and under which stock options, shares of restricted stock, or restricted stock units may be granted to directors and employees of HoldCo or any of its subsidiaries.

  • Retirement Savings Plan means the Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. Retirement Savings Plan, as amended from time to time, together with any similar, succeeding or substitute plan.

In no event shall “Average Incentive Compensation” include any sign-on bonus, retention bonus or any other special bonus. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Executive breaches any of the provisions contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of this Agreement, all payments of the Severance Amount shall immediately cease. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Executive terminates his employment for Good Reason as provided in Subparagraph 6(e), he shall be entitled to the Severance Amount only if he provides the Notice of Termination provided for in Subparagraph 6(f) within thirty (30) days after the occurrence of the event or events which constitute such Good Reason as specified in clauses (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F) of Subparagraph 6(e);
