Company Guarantees definition

Company Guarantees means all guaranties, letters of credit, bonds, sureties, cash collateral accounts, and other credit support or assurances provided by Seller or its Affiliates (other than the Companies) in support of any obligations of any of the Companies or the Business, including those obligations listed on Schedule 6.5.
Company Guarantees means all guarantees, letters of credit, bonds, sureties and other credit support or assurances provided by any of Sellers and their respective Affiliates (other than an Acquired Company) in support of any Liabilities of the Acquired Companies.
Company Guarantees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(e).
