Company Initiated Cancellation means our notification to you, prior to our receipt of a Claim, that we have cancelled coverage of a Loan as of a specified date due to the
Company Initiated Cancellation means written notification by the Company to the Insured that it has cancelled coverage in connection with a specified Covered Loan as of a specified date due to breach of one or more specified provisions of this Policy.
Company Initiated Cancellation means notification by the Company to the Insured, prior to the Company’s receipt of a Claim, that it has cancelled coverage in connection with a Loan as of a specified date due to the application of an exclusion listed Section 6, or the breach of one or more provisions of this Policy. In the event of a Company Initiated Cancellation, the Company shall return to the Insured all Premium received with respect to the affected Loan after the date of the event which triggered the Company Initiated Cancellation. A Rescission under Section 3 shall not be considered a Company Initiated Cancellation.

  • A Rescission under Section 2 shall not be considered a Company Initiated Cancellation.
