Company Knowledge definition

Company Knowledge or “knowledge of the Company” means the actual knowledge after due inquiry of each of Quek Lxxx Xxxxxx, Hx Xxxxx Xxxxx and Lxxxxxxx Xxx.
Company Knowledge means the actual knowledge, without investigation, of Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx X. Xxxx, J. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Means and Xxxx Xxxx.
Company Knowledge or “Knowledge of the Company” (or any derivation thereof) shall mean, with respect to the Company, the actual knowledge of the individuals listed on Exhibit F, and the knowledge the aforementioned individuals would have after reasonable inquiry of his or her direct reports with operational responsibility for the fact or matter in question.

More Definitions of Company Knowledge

Company Knowledge or any other similar knowledge qualification with respect to the Company means the actual knowledge of Jxxx XxXxxxxx and Dx. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx.
