Company Programs definition

Company Programs means any of (i) gene therapy mediated expression of GBA1, the gene encoding glucocerebrosidase (GCase), (ii) gene therapy mediated expression of Progranulin (GRN) and/or (iii) gene therapy mediated expression of knockdown alpha-synuclein.
Company Programs or “Company Infrastructure” refers to the software products owned or licensed by the Company to which the Company grants the Customer access as part of the Cloud Services, including Documentation, and any program updates provided as part of the Cloud Services.
Company Programs means any (a) completed film, television or other long-form audio-visual programs, whether owned by or licensed to the Company or its Subsidiaries, which are currently being Exploited or are otherwise available for Exploitation by the Company and its Subsidiaries; and (b) film, television or other long-form audio visual programs that are currently in any stage of production and are being produced, co-produced, financed or co-financed by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of Company Programs

Company Programs means the drug development programs which were formerly drug development programs of the Company before the Effective Time.
Company Programs means any audio-visual programs developed, produced, co-produced, owned, acquired, sold, licensed or otherwise distributed by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Products means each product (including any hardware, Software and firmware product) or service developed, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or delivered by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

In the case of an Employee Program funded through an organization described in Code Section 501(c)(9), each reference to such Employee Program shall include a reference to such organization;

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Plans means all maps, drawings, sketches and layout as incorporated in the Contract in order to define broadly the scope and specifications of the work & works and all reproductions thereof.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Covered Computer System means any Computer System as to which the Insured has possession, custody and control.

  • Government Programs means (i) the Medicare and Medicaid Programs, (ii) the United States Department of Defense Civilian Health Program for Uniformed Services and (iii) other similar foreign or domestic federal, state or local reimbursement or governmental health care programs.

  • Restricted computer software means computer software developed at private expense and that is a trade secret, is commercial or financial and confidential or privileged, or is copyrighted computer software, including minor modifications of the computer software.

  • Company Systems means all information technology and computer systems, electronic data processing, record keeping systems, communications systems, telecommunications systems, networking systems, account management systems, inventory management systems and other applications, Software, hardware and equipment (including all databases, firmware and related documentation) and information contained therein or transmitted thereby, including any outsourced systems and processes, in each case necessary for or otherwise used or held for use by or on behalf of the Target Companies.
