Company Public Documents definition

Company Public Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(h).

Company Public Documents means all publicly available documents and information filed by the Company since January 1, 2015 with any securities commission, stock exchange or similar regulatory authority;

• Without limiting the foregoing, the Company shall consult with WHG regarding WHG’s comments on the Company Public Documents and shall consider in good faith WHG’s comments on such Company Public Documents except to the extent such comments are inconsistent with Law or GAAP.

Company Public Documents has the meaning specified in Section 4.1(a).
