Company Welfare Plan definition

Company Welfare Plan has the meaning given it in Section 3.1(m)(i).

More Definitions of Company Welfare Plan

Company Welfare Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(c).

Except as identified in the Company Disclosure Letter, there are not any employment, consulting, indemnification, severance or termination agreements between the Company or any Company Subsidiary and any current or former executive officer or director of the Company or any Company Subsidiary as to which the Company or any Company Subsidiary has any current or future obligation or liability, nor does the Company or any Company Subsidiary have any general severance plan under which material benefits are required to be provided.
Company Welfare Plan means any Welfare Plan which the Company maintains or contributes to, as the case may be, and which provides benefits to any employee or former employee of the Company with respect to his or her relationship with the Company. "Interstate Welfare Plan" shall mean any Company Welfare Plan which does not provide benefits to employees or former employees of Seller or any subsidiary of Seller other than the Company. "Scotx Xxxfare Plan" shall mean any Company Welfare Plan other than an Interstate Welfare Plan.
