COMPENSATION INCOME for 1998 shall be Employee's compensation income for such year, whether earned as an employee, consultant or otherwise, including, without limitation, salary, hourly wages, signing, performance and other bonuses, consulting fees, and stock and option grants (less any amounts Employee pays for such stock and/or options), and regardless of whether such amounts are received by Employee in 1998 or are deferred into future periods.
