Other Bonuses. Executive is eligible to receive discretionary bonuses from time to time, as well as a performance-based bonus if and as described in Addendum A. Any such bonuses will be payable at such time or times as determined by Employer, unless a specific payment period is described in Addendum A. Any discretionary or performance-based bonus for the fiscal year of Employer in which the Effective Date occurs (the “First Fiscal Year”) will be prorated based on the number of days during the First Fiscal Year Executive was employed by Employer. A discretionary bonus, if any, will be determined and paid at the sole and complete discretion of Employer and may be based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, Executive’s individual performance and the overall performance of Employer. To be eligible for a discretionary bonus, at the time such bonus is paid, Executive must be employed by Employer and not given or been given notice of termination of employment.
Other Bonuses. Executive shall receive such other bonuses as are afforded the Company's Senior Management and shall be eligible to participate in all of the Company's executive compensation plans provided to members of Senior Management of the Company from time to time.
Other Bonuses. Other bonuses, if any, as may be established from time to time by the Board of Directors for directors, officers, or employees of the Employer.
Other Bonuses. The Employer retains the exclusive right to provide signing bonuses, referral bonuses, longevity bonuses, retention bonuses, extra shift bonuses, and other types of incentive bonuses to employee(s) on an as needed basis. The terms and eligibility for such bonuses will applied in an equitable manner. The Employer will notify the Union in writing of any new or modified incentive bonuses prior to implementation, and upon request of the Union, the Employer and Union will discuss such incentive bonuses for the sole purpose of clarifying any qualification requirements for such incentive bonuses, provided the Parties acknowledge and agree that these discussions do not require the Parties to engage in any bargaining before the Employer can implement any such incentive bonuses.
Other Bonuses. The Executive will also be entitled to other annual bonuses consisting of cash, stock, restricted stock, options stock appreciation rights (“SARS”) or other forms of awards based upon his performance and Company’s overall achievement of its corporate goals. The types and amounts of such awards, if any, shall be determined solely in the discretion of and upon the recommendation of the Board; provided, however, that the present value of all such awards to the Executive in a year shall be adjusted, as necessary, to equal an amount not less than the present value of all such awards given to the executive employee of the Company receiving the highest present value of all similar awards in a year multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which shall be the Executive’s Salary for the year and the denominator of which shall be such other executive’s annual base salary for the year.
Other Bonuses. The Executive shall be entitled to receive such other bonuses as are determined in the discretion of the Board.
Other Bonuses. The Board may in its sole and absolute discretion (but it shall have no obligation to) award Executive an annual or other bonus based upon Executive's and the Employer's performance and the achievement of other goals and objectives that may from time to time be established in advance by the Board with respect to Executive.
Other Bonuses. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall be eligible to receive, in addition to the Minimum Bonus, such annual bonus (the "Annual Bonus") as may be awarded to him as the Chairman or Vice Chairman of the Company shall determine, or if an annual incentive plan is adopted by the Company or a subsidiary thereof, in accordance with the terms of such plan.
Other Bonuses. Any additional bonuses to the Employee will be set at the discretion of the board of directors of the Company. Nothing shall obligate the Company, in the future, to pay any additional bonus or bonuses to the Employee.
Other Bonuses. Executive shall be entitled to such other bonuses from time to time as Company’s board of directors may determine (the “Other Bonuses”)(together with the Initial Bonus and Revenue Percentage Bonus, the “Bonuses”).
