Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, for purposes of this Section 13, it is understood that Competing Businesses shall include any business that is in direct competition with the Company; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, the Executive may make passive investments in up to four percent (4%) of the outstanding publicly traded common stock of an entity which operates a Competing Business.
For the avoidance of doubt, Competing Businesses include those individuals and entities that engage in the business of acquiring, exploiting and developing oil and gas assets in the Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Coast.

Competing Businesses include, without limitation, Matrix Medical Network, naviHealth, OptumCare, Fusion5, Archway, Sound Physicians, Change Healthcare, Aver, Cognizant, Cedar Gate, Aledade, Evolent Health, Privia Health, Collaborative Health Systems (under WellCare), Imperium Health Management, Clover Health, Premier and VillageMD.
