Competing Contract Manufacturer definition

Competing Contract Manufacturer means any Third Party who, together with its Affiliates, earns more than fifty percent (50%) of their net annual revenue from their business as a third party contract manufacturer of monoclonal antibodies and/or therapeutic proteins or any product of a similar nature to which this Agreement relates.
