Competing Contract Manufacturer means any Third Party who, together with its Affiliates, undertakes or performs more than fifty per cent (50%) of their business as a Third Party manufacturer of monoclonal antibodies and/or therapeutic proteins or any product of a similar nature to which this Agreement relates.
