Competitive Season definition

Competitive Season means 1 July to 30 June inclusive.
Competitive Season means all FIS events between August 1, 2016 and April 15, 2017.

Examples of Competitive Season in a sentence

  • No change to the Full Team Roster shall relieve a Team of the requirement to maintain a Minimum Roster during the LCS Competitive Season (Section 3.1).

  • Each Team is required to maintain, at all times during the LCS Competitive Season except during the LCS Lock In, a total roster (which includes LCS and LACS) of no less than ten (10) Players (“Minimum Roster”), each of whom is eligible to participate in LCS-affiliated Matches or LACS-affiliated Matches (the “Active Roster”), and no more than fifteen (15) Players (the “Maximum Roster”), which includes the Reserve Roster (Section 3.6).

  • Each Team is required to maintain, at all times during the LACS Competitive Season, a designated head coach (the “LACS Coach”) who will be considered the official coach for the LACS Team.

  • Recommendation: Dispose of upon termination of the Competitive Season for which the tickets are sold and/or distributed.

  • The Collegiate Transfer Player policy provides college rugby players an opportunity to continue playing rugby at the conclusion of their collegiate Fifteens Competitive Season.

  • If a Representative Player is required to participate in a representative Match prior to round six of the Competitive Season, Football West may determine the Team that a Player is deemed to be registered with from the Electronic Match Cards available.

  • Competitive Entity means any person, entity or business that (i) competes with any of the Company’s or any of its affiliate’s programming or other existing businesses, nationally or regionally; or (ii) directly competes with any other business of the Company or one of its subsidiaries that produced greater than 10% of the Company’s revenues in the calendar year immediately preceding the year in which the determination is made. Ownership of not more than 1% of the outstanding stock of any publicly traded company shall not, by itself, be a violation of this paragraph. This agreement not to compete will expire on the first anniversary of the date on which your employment with the Company has terminated if such termination occurs prior to the Expiration Date.

  • Competitive employment means work in the competitive labor market that is performed on a full-time or part-time basis in an integrated setting and for which the client is compensated at or above the minimum wage, but not less than the customary wage and level of benefits paid by the employer for the same or similar work performed by individuals who are not disabled.

  • Competitive Enterprise means a business enterprise that engages in, or owns or controls a significant interest in any entity that engages in, the performance of services of the type provided by the Company, its Affiliates and/or their predecessors. “Competitive Enterprise” shall include, but not be limited to, the entities set forth on the list maintained by the Company on the myHoldings website, which list may be updated by the Company from time to time.

  • Sensitive Services means those services that (i) require access to Customer/Consumer Information, (ii) relate to the State’s computer networks, information systems, databases or secure facilities under circumstances that would permit modifications to such systems, or (iii) involve unsupervised access to secure facilities (“Sensitive Services”).
