Completion of Contract definition

Completion of Contract means full performance by the Seller of all of the Seller’s obligations under the Contract and all amendments and revisions thereof for all Projects including the Seller’s obligations with respect to final documents. The actual date of Completion of the Contract is the date of the receipt by the Buyer from the Seller of written notification that all Projects have been completed without defects, or if any, that all deficiencies have been corrected; provided however, that the Buyer finds the deficiencies satisfactorily resolved. If the deficiencies have not been satisfactorily resolved, the actual date of Completion of the Contract is the date that all deficiencies are fully and satisfactorily resolved.
Completion of Contract means the successful registarion of RFCL with the Central Pollution Control Board for plastic waste management in accordance with Plastic Waste Management (Amendment) Rules 2022 and amendments thereof time to time;

  • Completion Guaranty means that certain Completion Guaranty, dated as of the Closing Date, executed by Sponsor and Borrower for the benefit of Lender, as the same may be amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified in accordance herewith.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

A separate Interconnection Construction Service Agreement will be executed with each Transmission Owner that is responsible for construction of any Attachment Facilities, Network Upgrades, or Local Upgrades associated with interconnection of a Customer Facility.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
