Concierge Service definition

Concierge Service means TN’s service enabling them to order wine, flowers or other goods (as determined by TN from time to time) for delivery or hotel reservations at selected hotels, via TPSPs, referred to in Clause 4 below;
Concierge Service means the package of concierge services and privileges offered by agent appointed by Visa Worldwide Pte. Ltd. or MasterCard Asia/Pacific Pte. Ltd. and which the Bank notifies the holder of a Platinum Card or Titanium Card in writing from time to time.
Concierge Service means a service provided by a Residential Real Estate broker to a client home buyer or seller as a service ancillary to such brokerage service and pursuant to which the broker provides referrals to, or assists in making logistical arrangements on behalf of the client with, third-party providers of services associated with moving into or out of, or maintaining, a residence, provided that such moving or maintenance services (or services associated therewith) into or out of a residence are provided by a third party and not by the real estate broker or any Person under the Licensed Marks.

  • The Cardmember shall also be liable to all losses and damages or any other costs that may be suffered or incurred by OCBC Bank as a result of the cancellation of the Concierge Service request.

  • The Cardmember shall not be entitled to cancel any Concierge Service request once it has been made.

  • At all times, the Cardmember must ensure that the Card is able to cover the cost of the goods and services purchased pursuant to the Concierge Service, the Taxes and the Additional Charges.

  • The Concierge Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure that Cardholders are provided with accurate information.

  • Information Services Where any Service comprises of the supply of information, whilst every effort will be made to ensure that all information supplied is correct, the Concierge Service Provider is reliant on many information sources outside the Concierge Service Provider's control and the Concierge Service Provider is not liable for the accuracy of this third party information provided.

  • Calls to the Concierge Service Provider may be recorded and monitored for training and security purposes.

  • The Client expressly agrees not to use the Concierge Service for professional purposes, e.g. business travel booking for his/her own clients.

  • If a requested Concierge Service becomes unavailable, the Bank will do the upmost to provide the Client with an alternative option of a similar description and/or standard.

Related to Concierge Service

  • Wholesale Service means Telecommunication Services that Embarq provides at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers as set forth in 47 USC §251(c)(4) which Embarq provides to resellers at a wholesale rate.

  • School service means a website, mobile application or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used (a) at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools or (b) by any school-affiliated entity; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

  • Police Service ’ means the South African Police Service established in terms of section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;

  • Online Service means our on-line system for managing the electronic transmission of information between us and Providers;

  • Fire Service means any deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to extinguish a fire or perform any preventative measure in an effort to protect equipment, life, or property in an area threatened by fire. It also includes the deployment of firefighting personnel and/or equipment to provide fire suppression, rescue, extrication, and any other services related to fire and rescue as may occasionally occur.

  • Mobile Service means the mobile service we provide to you enabling you to use and receive a range of mobile services including, but not limited to, messaging services, age restricted services and premium services.

  • Air-to-ground radiotelephone service means a radio service, as that term is defined in 47 CFR 22.99, in which common carriers are authorized to offer and provide radio telecommunications service for hire to subscribers in aircraft.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Commercial Service means service to Customers engaged primarily in the sale of goods or services including institutions and local, sate and federal government agencies for uses other than those involving manufacturing or electric power generation.

  • Telephone Exchange Service means a service within a telephone exchange, or within a connected system of telephone exchanges within the same exchange area operated to furnish to End User Customers intercommunicating service of the character ordinarily furnished by a single exchange, and which is covered by the Exchange Service charge, or comparable service provided through a system of Switches, transmission equipment or other facilities (or combinations thereof) by which a subscriber can originate and terminate a Telecommunications Service.

  • Commercial Mobile Radio Service or “CMRS” means Commercial Mobile Radio Service as defined in Part 20 of the FCC’s Rules.
