Concurrent User means a person that has accessed the Software at any given point in time, either directly or through an application.
Concurrent Users means the number of users registered in the Software who are able to use the Software functionalities at the same time.
Concurrent Financing means the various third party financing arrangements the Company is executing pursuant to the agreements described on Schedule 2.1(c)(i) (the “Concurrent Financing”) separate and apart from the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Connection Date means the date when the Carrier having received the relevant information from the Company is in a position to and has agreed to commence provision of the Fixed Network Services to the Customer;
Water Connection means the point where a water service line attaches to a water main, thereby allowing water to flow from the City’s water system to an individual customer.
Sewer connection means the connection of a structure or project to a public sewer system.
Concurrent review means utilization review conducted during
Service Connection means all cables and equipment required to connect the supply mains to the electrical installation of the consumer at the point of supply;
Point of Connection means the point at which electricity may flow into or out of the Network;
Restructuring related costs means reasonably incurred costs
Cross Connection means a jumper cable or similar connection provided pursuant to Collocation at the digital signal cross connect, Main Distribution Frame or other suitable frame or panel between (i) the Collocating Party’s equipment and (ii) the equipment or facilities of the Housing Party.
Interconnection Facilities means the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities and the Customer Interconnection Facilities.
Connection Assets means that portion of the distribution system used to connect a customer to the existing main distribution system, and consists of the assets between the point of connection on a distributor’s main distribution system and the ownership demarcation point with that customer;
Interconnection Agreements means, collectively, (a) an agreement by and among Owner, TransÉnergie and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the U.S. Border of the NECEC Transmission Line with the Québec Line and (b) an agreement by and between Owner and ISO-NE that sets forth such parties’ respective rights and obligations following the interconnection at the Delivery Point of the NECEC Transmission Line with certain transmission facilities operated by ISO-NE. The Interconnection Agreements shall address cost responsibilities among entities other than the Distribution Company and the other RFP Sponsors and shall include provisions, both technical and otherwise, for safe and reliable interconnected operations of the HVDC Transmission Project following Commercial Operation (including use of the HVDC Transmission Project for the delivery of electric power in emergency circumstances).
Related facilities means any manager's units and any and all common area spaces that are included within the physical boundaries of the housing development, including, but not limited to, common area space, walkways, balconies, patios, clubhouse space, meeting rooms, laundry facilities, and parking areas that are exclusively available to residential users, except any portions of the overall development that are specifically commercial space.
Connection means the point at which a customer gains access to municipal services;
connection pipe means a pipe, the ownership of which is vested in the Council and installed by it for the purpose of conveying water from a main to a water installation, and includes a "communication pipe" referred to in SABS Code 0252 Part I;
illegal connection means a connection to any system through which a municipal service is provided and that is not authorized or approved by the Municipality;
Concurrent planning means to work toward reunification of the child with the family while at
Connection Agreement means an agreement entered into between a distributor and a person connected to its distribution system that delineates the conditions of the connection and delivery of electricity to or from that connection;
Disconnection means a deactivation of connection assets that results in cessation of distribution services to a consumer;
Inter-connection Point means interface point of renewable energy generating facility with the transmission system or distribution system, as the case may be:
Financial Closure or Project Financing Arrangements means the agreements pursuant to which the SPG has sought financing for the Power Project including the loan agreements, security documents, notes, indentures, security agreements, letters of credit and other documents, as may be amended, modified, or replaced from time to time, but without in anyway increasing the liabilities of JDVVNL.
Contracting activity for DoD also means elements designated by the director of a defense agency which has been delegated contracting authority through its agency charter. DoD contracting activities are listed at PGI 202.101.
Capacity Interconnection Rights means the rights to input generation as a Generation Capacity Resource into the Transmission System at the Point of Interconnection where the generating facilities connect to the Transmission System.
Production Facilities (7 9) means "production equipment" and specially designed software therefor integrated into installations for "development" or for one or more phases of "production".
