I.5. If the Foundation shall revoke the Conditional Grant as aforesaid, all funds given to the Participant(s) in breach, or to the Participants(s) for which there has been a change or event (including a dispute as referred to in Section 1.2(iv)) shall become due immediately, without need for demand.
The monies given as a Conditional Grant shall be linked in value to the Index, until Full Repayment.
