Connection Facilities definition

Connection Facilities is defined in the Master Site Services Agreement.
Connection Facilities means line connection facilities and transformation connection facilities that connect a transmitter’s transmission system with the facilities of another person, and includes an enabler facility but excludes any line referred to in section 3.0.14(a) and any station referred to in section 3.0.14(b);
Connection Facilities means all physical interconnections and related equipment and facilities required to deliver the SUMF Items described in Exhibit A to the Relevant Assets from various locations within the Refinery Site.

Examples of Connection Facilities in a sentence

  • The Operator must not unreasonably refuse to enter into or delay entering into, or insist upon unreasonable conditions in, an Inlet Point Connection Facilities Works Agreement, but otherwise an Inlet Point Connection Facilities Works Agreement may be on such terms as the Operator and the Shipper agree.

  • The Shipper must use its reasonable endeavours to assist the Operator in gaining access to any relevant Inlet Point Connection Facilities to which the Operator has no rights of access for the purpose of maintaining and operating those Inlet Point Connection Facilities.
