Consenting Holders definition

Consenting Holders means Hillside and those holders of Senior Secured Note Claims that are party to the Plan Support Agreement, dated March 30, 2008, as amended.
Consenting Holders means those Holders of Senior Notes, or their permitted successors and assigns that have executed the Plan Support Agreement.
Consenting Holders means the holders of all Interests in Holdings, Leasing, and Enterprises, which holders are party to the RSA and qualify as Consenting Holders under the RSA as of the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Consenting Holders

Consenting Holders shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Transaction Framework Agreement.
