Consolidated Investments definition

Consolidated Investments means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate consolidated short-term and long-term Investments shown on the consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries determined in accordance with GAAP, but excluding any Investments that (a) are not owned by a Loan Party free and clear of Liens other than Liens in favor of the Administrative Agent or (b) are not (i) readily marketable debt or money market securities or (ii) Equity Interests readily marketable on a recognized securities exchange.
Consolidated Investments means, for calendar year 2015, for the Company, the sum of the value of capital expenditures and investments in intangible assets, as reflected in the Statement of Cash Flows of the Company.
Consolidated Investments means, for calendar year 2016, for the Company, the sum of the value of capital expenditures and investments in intangible assets (excluding any intangible assets directly arising from an Acquisition made in the calendar year), as reflected in the Statement of Cash Flows of the Company.
