Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and
Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.
First draw sample means a one-liter sample of tap water, collected in accordance with 12VAC5-590-375 B 2, that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least six hours and is collected without flushing the tap.
Construction Start Date means the later to occur of the date on which Seller delivers to Buyer (a) a copy of the Notice to Proceed that Seller has delivered to the EPC Contractor for the Project, and (b) a written Certification substantially in the form attached hereto as Appendix IV-1.
Construction Lender means a person who makes a construction loan.
Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;
Construction Loan means the loan to finance construction of the Apartment Housing, made to Owner by the Construction Lender.
Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;
The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.
