Construction Drawing definition

Construction Drawing means such drawings approved in writing by the Engineer-in- Charge/ Employer and issued for actual construction of the Works from time to time by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction Drawing. A drawing which contains all information in order to prepare a full set of manufacturing drawings for a component or assembly. It does not include single part drawings if the component does exist of several parts joined together (e.g. welded machine frame). It also does not contain Information and drawings necessary to manufacture moulds and models which might be necessary to manufacture the component (e.g. cast models, blade mould).

  • Frame and cover shall meet all standards of ODOT Standard Construction Drawing Number: MH-1.2 and 2016 ODOT CMS Item 711.14.

  • The vault shall be a modified ODOT approved Catch Basin 2-3 per ODOT Standard Construction Drawing Number: CB-1.2 of precast concrete modular construction as shown on the Drawing Plan Set.

  • The manhole shall be a modified ODOT approved Manhole No. 3 per ODOT Standard Construction Drawing Number: MH-1.2 of precast concrete modular construction as shown on the Drawing Plan Set.

  • The plans and drawings to be prepared by Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be known collectively as the “Construction Drawings.” All Construction Drawings shall comply with the drawing format and specifications reasonably determined by Landlord, and shall be subject to Landlord’s approval; provided, however, Landlord shall only disapprove any such Construction Drawing to the extent of a “Design Problem,” as that term is defined below.

  • The loop detector shall be a powerhead configuration, a length of 30 feet, and a width as detailed in Standard Construction Drawing TC-82.10.

  • Under Assumption 1, if σ(x, y) > 0 for all y ∈ Y and x ∈ X (no UE sorting), then: (x + a)⊤Q ∂E (y|x) = 0∂x⊤1×X.

  • Extruded panels shall be in accordance with Standard Construction Drawing TC-51.12.

  • The loop detector shall be an angular design detection configuration with dimensions as detailed in Standard Construction Drawing TC-82.10.

  • Standard lengths for each beam size are as detailed on Standard Construction Drawing TC-41.10.

Related to Construction Drawing

  • Construction Drawings means those drawings containing the technical details associated with the design, construction and installation of the Infrastructure;

  • Shop Drawing means any and all drawings, diagrams, layouts, explanations, illustrations, manufacturer's drawings or other written or graphic materials which illustrate any portion of the construction work.

  • Tenant Improvement Allowance in the maximum amount of $200.00 per rentable square foot in the Premises, which is included in the Base Rent set forth in the Lease; and

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • Construction Work means any work in connection with⎯

  • Contract Drawings means only those drawings specifically entitled as such and listed in the Specifications or in any Addendum, or any drawings furnished by the Commissioner, pertaining or supplemental thereto.

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Space Plan means the space plan to be prepared by Tenant in accordance with paragraph 2 below and approved by Landlord and Tenant, and showing the general configuration of the Tenant Improvements.

  • Non-Extension Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.5(d).

  • As-built drawings, as used in this clause, means drawings submitted by the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier to show the construction of a particular structure or work as actually completed under the contract. “As-built drawings” shall be synonymous with “Record

  • Construction Lender means a person who makes a construction loan.

  • Working Drawings means the final working drawings approved by Landlord, as amended from time to time by any approved changes thereto, and “Work” means all improvements to be constructed in accordance with and as indicated on the Working Drawings, together with any work required by governmental authorities to be made to other areas of the Building as a result of the improvements indicated by the Working Drawings. Landlord’s approval of the Working Drawings shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such drawings are adequate for any use or comply with any Law, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord thereto. Tenant shall, at Landlord’s request, sign the Working Drawings to evidence its review and approval thereof. After the Working Drawings have been approved, Tenant shall cause the Work to be performed in accordance with the Working Drawings.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • First draw sample means a one−liter sample of tap water that has been standing in plumbing pipes at least 6 hours and is collected without flushing the tap.

  • Final Drawing has the meaning specified in Section 3.05(i).

  • Construction sign means a sign which identifies the architect, engineers, contractors and other individuals or firms involved with the construction of a building, or announces the character of the building or enterprise, which is erected during the building construction period.

  • Construction waste means solid waste which is produced or generated during construction, remodeling, or repair of pavements, houses, commercial buildings, and other structures. Construction wastes include, but are not limited to lumber, wire, sheetrock, broken brick, shingles, glass, pipes, concrete, paving materials, and metal and plastics if the metal or plastics are a part of the materials of construction or empty containers for such materials. Paints, coatings, solvents, asbestos, any liquid, compressed gases or semi-liquids and garbage are not construction wastes.

  • Drawing means the drawing or drawings specified in or annexed to the Specifications;

  • Construction Change Directive means a written order prepared by Owner Parties and signed by Owner directing Contractor to perform a change in the Work prior to agreeing to a change, if any, to the Contract Time, schedule of performance of the Work, Contract Sum, or Contractor’s compensation.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Punch List means the list of items, prepared in connection with the inspection of the Project by the Owner’s Representative or Architect in connection with Substantial Completion of the Work or a portion of the Work, which the Owner’s Representative or Architect has designated as remaining to be performed, completed or corrected before the Work will be accepted by the Owner.

  • Construction Plant means appliances, machinery with necessary supply to up keep and maintenance of the works or temporary works but dose not include materials or other things intended to form part of the permanent work.

  • Construction Completion Date means the Completion Date of the Construction as specified in the Statutory Declaration of Completion for the Project;

  • construction site means a workplace where construction work is being performed;
