Construction Index definition

Construction Index means the Engineering News-Record Building Cost Index for the City of Los Angeles. If this index ceases to be published, the Construction Index shall be another index which is determined by the Administrator to be reasonably comparable to such index.

Construction Index means the All-in Tender Price Index published by the Building Cost Information Service of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or such other index as the County Council may reasonably nominate in the event that the All-in Tender Price Index shall no longer be published or it’s name or methodology be materially altered.
