Construction Supervision Fee definition

Construction Supervision Fee means an amount equal to three percent (3%) of the amount funded by a TRS for Capital Replacements which such TRS is required to fund pursuant to Section 3.03 of its Management Agreement with Manager less the amount of any construction supervision (or similar) fees paid to any third party in connection with such Capital Replacements which are funded by such TRS.

Construction Supervision Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.02.

Construction Supervision Fee means an amount equal to three percent (3%) of the amount funded by SNH TRS for Capital Replacements which SNH TRS is required to fund pursuant to Section 3.03 less the amount of any construction supervision (or similar) fees paid to any third party in connection with such Capital Replacements which are funded by SNH TRS.

• Wages, benefits and other related costs of centralized accounting personnel and employees employed by Managing Agent and assigned to work exclusively or partly at the Managed Premises shall be fairly apportioned and reimbursed, pro rata, by Owners in addition to the Fee, Construction Supervision Fee and Major Renovation Fee (each as defined in Section 6).

• The Procurement and Construction Supervision Fee shall be paid on the last Business Day of the calendar month following the calendar quarter to which the Procurement and Construction Supervision Fee relates, in arrears, based upon requisitions submitted in such calendar quarter.

• Wages, benefits and other related costs of centralized accounting personnel and employees employed by Managing Agent and assigned to work exclusively or partly at the Managed Premises shall be fairly apportioned and reimbursed, pro rata, by Owners in addition to the Fee and Construction Supervision Fee (as defined in Section 5).
