Consumption Fee definition

Consumption Fee means, with respect to each Application Workload used without a Subscription, the product of the following: the applicable Token Price, the applicable Token Rate, and the Consumption Time.
Consumption Fee means the portion of the monthly user fee that is based on the amount of water consumed by each user.
Consumption Fee means the charge per unit of heat and/or cooling supplied by the Concessionaire by means of the H&C Network;

You agree that Owner’s damages from your failure to sign the Lease Contract or attempted withdrawal of your Application are difficult to ascertain, and the Administration Fee is a reasonable estimate of those damages.  Common Areas: “Common Areas” are those areas located within the Unit that are not exclusively leased to other persons residing in the Unit.
