Consumption Fee definition

Consumption Fee means, with respect to each Application Workload used without a Subscription, the product of the following: the applicable Token Price, the applicable Token Rate, and the Consumption Time.
Consumption Fee means the portion of the monthly user fee that is based on the amount of water consumed by each user.
Consumption Fee means the charge per unit of heat and/or cooling supplied by the Concessionaire by means of the H&C Network;

Examples of Consumption Fee in a sentence

  • For each Application Workload used on a Consumption basis, the Consumption Fee shall be calculated by multiplying together the following: the Token Price, the applicable Token Rate, and the Consumption Time for such Application Workload.

  • The Consumption Fee is defined as EUR per MWh of Consumption and calculated for each delivery hour and MBA.

  • During the Flexible Consumption Period, Customer shall pay a Flexible Consumption Fee calculated in accordance with pricing and frequency set forth on and defined in the applicable Schedule.

  • Customer’s initial purchase order must specify an amount that is at least equal to the monthly Flexible Consumption Fee for the Monthly Committed Capacity multiplied by the number of months in the Flexible Consumption Period.

  • However, until Customer notifies DELL EMC that Customer has removed its data and the Deployed Capacity has been returned, Customer shall continue to pay the then currently applicable Flexible Consumption Fee on a month-to-month basis.

Related to Consumption Fee

  • Installation Fee means charges payable by the Customer for the installation of the service as provided in the Order Form;

  • Connection Fee means a fee charged by a local entity to pay for the costs of

  • Consumption of a chemical means its conversion into another chemical via a chemical reaction.

  • Utilization Fee shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Tuition Fee means the basic tuition fee applicable to specific programmes and shall include auxiliary fees which are for required instruction but shall exclude any other fees such as international student differential fees, co-op fees, and student union fees.

  • Introduction Fee means the fee payable by the Client to the Agency for an Introduction resulting in an Engagement;

  • Consumption Data means customer specific electric usage data, or weather adjusted data, including but not limited to kW, kWh, voltage, var, power factor, and other information that is recorded by the electric meter for the Company and stored in its systems. Consumption Data also includes payment and service history, account number, and amount billed.

  • Reservation Fee means the fee set forth in the applicable Program Guide, relating to the aggregate principal amount of the particular Mortgage Loans which the Participant has committed to originate and sell to the Servicer (which is not applicable to MCC stand-alone product) pursuant to a Reservation Request, payable contemporaneously with the submission of the corresponding application package, all in accordance with the procedures set forth in the applicable Program Guide.

  • Construction Fee means a fee or other remuneration for acting as general contractor and/or construction manager to construct improvements, supervise and coordinate projects or provide major repairs or rehabilitations on a Property.

  • Inspection Fee means a fee payable to Lender or Loan Servicer for performing any inspection required by this Agreement in an amount not to exceed $500.00 per inspection.

  • Sales Costs means costs associated with the sale including the cost of advertising, sale direct and indirect costs related to notification such as the cost of any reports required to determine the names of persons having an interest in the property or the status of the property, printing, postage, advertising, posting of the property, title insurance and staff salaries, benefits and overhead costs directly expended to complete the sale.

  • Option Fee means an amount equal to 7% of the Specified Amount;

  • Pupil fee means a fee, deposit or other charge imposed on pupils, or a pupil’s parents or guardians, in violation of Section 49011 of the Education Code and Section 5 of Article IX of the California Constitution, which require educational activities to be provided free of charge to all pupils without regard to their families’ ability or willingness to pay fees or request special waivers, as provided for in Hartzell v.   • Advertising Costs The Company will determine with the Agent the amount of advertising that may be appropriate in soliciting offers to purchase the Book-Entry Notes. Advertising expenses will be paid by the Company.

  • Transaction Fee means the fee, in respect of a Sub-Fund, which may be charged for the benefit of the Trustee, the Registrar and/or the Service Agent or the Conversion Agent (as the case may be) to each Participating Dealer on each Dealing Day upon which an Application has been or Applications have been made by the relevant Participating Dealer.
