Content Creator definition

Content Creator means natural persons or agencies representing such persons who are users of social media and/or who run a blog or website and who have access to a large audience and can persuade others by their authenticity and reach.
Content Creator means the party named as such in the Schedule.
Content Creator. (“Streamer”) responsible for the contribution of information to any media and/or digital media. A content creator can contribute any of the following: blog, news, image, video, audio, email, social updates and other related content, production, reproduction, storage and distribution of which is not prohibited by law.   • The Content Creator agrees to indemnify the Brand and its agent against any and all claims, loss, liability, damages, costs and expenses (including any indirect, special and consequential loss and legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis) that the Brand or its agent suffers directly or indirectly as a result of or arising out of the Content Creator’s breach of this Agreement or any warranty provided under clause 16 of this Agreement being incorrect.

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.

  • Application Programming Interface or “API” means the application programming interface materials and related documentation containing all data and information to allow skilled Software developers to create Software interfaces that interface or interact with other specified Software.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Licensee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

  • Licensed Application means an Application that (a) meets and complies with all of the Documentation and Program Requirements, and (b) has been selected and digitally signed by Apple for distribution, and includes any additional permitted functionality, content or services provided by You from within an Application using the In-App Purchase API.
