Excess Gas definition

Excess Gas has the meaning given in Clause 13.6(a);
Excess Gas means those proved reserves of gas owned or controlled by Redwood from the Rodessa/Sligo Interval in the MRF which are in excess of those proved reserves of gas required to support production of eighteen million cubic feet of gas per day (18,000 Mcf/d) during each of the Contract Years remaining under the Initial Term of this Agreement.
Excess Gas has the meaning set out in Article 6.9.3.

Examples of Excess Gas in a sentence

  • The Gas Balance Account shall subsequent hereto be adjusted for the Excess Gas bought by the Operator.

  • The price for each MMBtu of Excess Gas sold and delivered hereunder during each day shall be the * Index Price applicable to such day.

More Definitions of Excess Gas

Excess Gas means that quantity of Landfill Gas that is not used or consumed by XXXXXXXX POWER in (i) the production of Covered Products by the Conversion System or
Excess Gas means Gas delivered by Seller at any Receipt Point during a Month that is greater than the Nominated Quantity at such Receipt Point for such Month.
Excess Gas means the residue gas attributable to refiners and other sources other than Supplier delivering Inlet Gas to the Plant and Gas purchased by Processor for use at the Plant but not consumed at the Plant.
Excess Gas shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(f).
Excess Gas. If Seller takes more Gas at any 2000 GDP than that determined by the GDP Block Sizes and Associated Gas for the corresponding amount of Electricity scheduled at the 2000 EDP, then Seller shall purchase the excess Gas from Buyer at relevant Gas market indices plus applicable transportation costs. In a similar manner, if Seller causes an imbalance on Buyer’s Gas transporter then Seller shall be responsible for any imbalance penalties.
Excess Gas. The quantity of Landfill Gas received by Contractor in excess of the needs or capacity of the Conversion System or any planned Conversion System expansion which is destroyed in the County Flares.
Excess Gas has the meaning specified in Schedule D hereto.
