Continuing care facility definition

Continuing care facility means a facility licensed under chapter 651.

Continuing care facility means a facility in which shelter and medical and nursing services or other health related services are made available:
Continuing care facility means a building, or complex of buildings under one management at one or more sites, if continuing care services are provided.
