Continuous Offering definition

Continuous Offering means the continuous offering during which additional Limited Units may be sold in Baskets pursuant to this Trust Agreement.

Continuous Offering means the continuous offering of Units, in Creation Unit size;

  • Continuous Service Status means the absence of any interruption or termination of service as an Employee or Consultant.
