Contract Execution Date definition

Contract Execution Date means the date that a contract is signed or approved through other action by the last party to sign the contract or approve it through other action the contract.
Contract Execution Date means the date on which the Agreement/Contract is signed between MBL and the Successful Bidder or LOI (Letter of Intent) is issued to the Successful Bidder, whichever is earlier.
Contract Execution Date means the date that both Parties have duly executed this Contract.
