Senior Personnel means any Company Personnel at or above the level of Vice President.

Senior Personnel means, the fifteen (15) employees of the Partnership who, at the particular time, receive the highest compensation (salary and other benefits) paid by the Partnership; provided, however, that for purposes of this Section 14: (i) "employees of the Partnership" shall be deemed to include employees of UniCo Parent or Universal Parent or any of their respective affiliates that are seconded to the Partnership through loan arrangements on a fully allocated basis and (ii) the "compensation paid by the Partnership" shall be deemed to include amounts paid by the Partnership to UniCo Parent or Universal Parent or any of their respective affiliates for such seconded Senior Personnel.
