Contractor Systems definition

Contractor Systems means the hosting, management and operation of the information technology infrastructure, including all computing hardware, ancillary equipment, networking, Software, firmware, databases, data, other services (including support and subcontracted services), and related resources used by or for Contractor in connection with the Contract Services
Contractor Systems means the Systems used by or on behalf of any Contractor Person in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor equipment and related cabling; CSP Communications Service Provider The service provider of Communications Service – the Smart Metering Wide Area Networkunder contract to the DCC. Contractor Systems means the CONTRACTOR facilities (including third party service providers), servers, equipment, operating software and network used in providing the Service.

More Definitions of Contractor Systems

Contractor Systems means the Facilities, systems, networks and IT environments that are used to Process any DOHMH Data, deliver any Services or to otherwise meet any of Contractor’s obligations under the Agreement.

Related to Contractor Systems

  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Major system means the primary structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, or occupant service components of a building which include but are not limited to, weatherization, roofing, plumbing (including wells), heating, electricity, sanitary plumbing (including septic systems), lead paint abatement or load bearing structural systems.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.
