Contractual Price definition

Contractual Price means the price specified in the Purchase Order.
Contractual Price means the monetary value in Dollars assigned per each measurement unit for Hydrocarbon in accordance with Annex 3.

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means: (i) the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4th June 2021 or (ii) such other standard contractual clauses that are approved by the European Commission for Controller to Processor transfers of Personal Data to a third country which has not received an EU Adequacy Decision (and are subsequently incorporated into the DPA).   • Contractual Service means the rendering by a contractor of its time and effort rather than the furnishing of specific commodities.
