Contributed Materials definition

Contributed Materials means abstracts, presentations, and other materials submitted by Sponsor to COMSOL in connection with the Conference, excluding Sponsor Marks and Sponsor Marketing Materials.
Contributed Materials means the information, documents and other material for a Job specified in the Work Order of that Job, in addition to any information, documents and material provided in accordance with clause 2.2(a) (Co-operation Obligation) and any other information, documents and material provided to Avance Clinical by or on behalf of Incannex in connection with that Job.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Court or Court Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Contributed Assets shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 2.2.
