More Definitions of Contributor Data

Contributor Data means the EMR data in the custody and control of individual Clinician Data Contributors, located at the physician office, and stored on the HDC endpoint hardware within the practice network. Contributor Data is never stored in the HDC central server and is never available for sharing through the HDC application. Contributor Data is aggregated at the clinic endpoint in response to HDC queries being presented to the endpoint software, and then the HDC data is sent to the HDC central server where it is consumed by end users via the HDC application.
