Cooling-Off definition

Cooling-Off. Means the right of the Client to rescind the Agreement if it originated from Direct Marketing as referred to in clause 3.6.
Cooling-Off means the period after the deposit has been paid by which a Parent/Guardian can withdrawn from the Contract and be refunded their deposit;
