Core Employees definition

Core Employees are defined in Article 4, Section 4.6 (e).
Core Employees in this context refers to craft workers only including working foremen, lead (journey), working owner-operators, and apprentices and shall not be supervisory, management or non-working owners of non-signatory contractors.
Core Employees means any employee of the Operation Company who is a department manager or above level of management personnel, or a senior engineer of the Operation Company.

Examples of Core Employees in a sentence

  • The next (fourth) employee shall be hired from the appropriate Union hiring hall and thereafter, such Contractor may employ, as needed, two (2) additional Core Employees in an alternating manner with Union referrals, up to a total of five (5) Core Employees.

  • The Unions shall be the primary source of all craft labor employed on the Project, however, a Contractor with a core workforce may request by name, and the local Union shall honor, referral of such Contractor's regular and experienced personnel ("Core Employees") who have applied to the applicable Union to perform Covered Work on the Project.

More Definitions of Core Employees

Core Employees means the employees, agents or consultants other than Key Employees, comprising the core technical / engineering team responsible for Development and Production, as described in Exhibit 9.11(a) of the CAA.
