Core Employees definition

Core Employees are defined in Article 4, Section 4.6 (e).
Core Employees in this context refers to craft workers only including working foremen, lead (journey), working owner-operators, and apprentices and shall not be supervisory, management or non-working owners of non-signatory contractors.
Core Employees means any employee of the Company who is a member of senior management personnel, or a senior executive member of the Subsidiaries.

Examples of Core Employees in a sentence

  • The Employer shall remit the required hourly contributions to the appropriate Union Trust Funds on behalf of all their craft employees on the Project, except Core Employees that have requested a waiver of contributions in writing.

  • The Union will not require initiation fees from a non-union Employer’s Core Employees.

  • The Parties recognize the importance of retaining Core Employees to the continuity of operations in DBE firms.

  • These workforce diversity goals apply to the workforce of all Employers on the project, including the Core Employees and workforce of certified small disadvantaged, women owned, and minority businesses who do not have a collective bargaining relationship with the Unions and who become successful bidders on the project as allowed by Section 7.5 above.

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit an Employer’s right to reject proposed employees or to use their own Core Employees (see 7.5).


More Definitions of Core Employees

Core Employees means the Station Manager, the Music Director, and the Program Director of CJAM-FM as defined in this section.
Core Employees means the employees, agents or consultants other than Key Employees, comprising the core technical / engineering team responsible for Development and Production, as described in Exhibit 9.11(a) of the CAA.
Core Employees means those 145 employees listed on Schedule 1.01(a)(2) hereto.

Core Employees means each employee of the Parent or any Affiliate thereof as of the date of this Agreement set forth on Schedule 1.1(c), which Schedule 1.1(c) shall be updated by Parent and delivered not later than ten (10) Business Days prior to the Closing Date, to reflect any employees who are either hired (and whose primary job function is substantially similar to the primary job functions of Persons listed on Schedule 1.1(c)) or cease to be employed by the Parent or any Affiliate thereof prior to the Closing Date; provided that, with respect to any updates that arise outside the Ordinary Course of Business, such updates shall be consented to in writing by the Buyer (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
